Windows 7: What Games Are You Playing?

Just finished The Last Remnant for the PC. Critics scores be damned, I actually liked the game. Although the actual story isn't terribly long or deep, it did take me around 70 hours with all the side-quests. I was happy that I was able to customize my characters any way I chose as far as their skills go. The one thing I wish I could've done was had the ability to customize my other character's weapons and accessories (the game only lets you do the main char's items). Otherwise you have to wait until the other characters request an item, which may or may not even happen at all.

Been scrolling through my Steam Library for 2 days now, trying to decide what to do next lol

Hmmm..... you must be in Europe or some place outside the US cause it's been released here. Unfortunately I won't be able to get it till next month

Anyway I've been looking forward to it's release as the hype has been immense. Just have to wait a little longer

Yep i'm in Europe. Good thing is game is already patched at least once. They added 99 save slots instead of 20 like on consoles and fixed nasty crash on startup. I'm checking Steam forums so to be ready if there are some problems when game unlocks

Saw the review of Deus Ex on Gametrailers. According to them, the game is great, but far too eager to please, and sometimes "killing the mood" or whatever. So far, the only "critical" flaw is that sidequests pretty much suck and involve a lot of backtracking. Still, it's freakin' Deus Ex!!! Gonna have to pick it up soon.

I actually decided to put this one off for a bit untill some reviews came out.
For some reason I got the feeling it was more of a stealth type game, which is OK, but not my prefrence.

I too am very much interested in how the game actually turns out though.

That's still damn disappointing.

I hate lots of backtracking. Particularly if a lot of loading screens are going to be seen because of it. I start saying many colourful and inventive things after a while....
