I've joined steam recently thanks to the Portal promotion ... add me there ... "shroff87"
Playing Hunted:The Demons Forge ATM.
This game got a lot of bad reviews, but i find myself having fun with it so far.
Im only about 4hrs into it, so unsure how long the game will last, or if its going to end up being really bad from here on out.
But so far, not bad.
Its quite linear, and doesn't seem to have much going for it in terms of replayablity (at least so far)
haven't tried Co-Op either, just SP campaign
I normally don't play sports games, but I had a hankering for one so I've been playing FIFA 2012.
The last time I played a football/soccer game was probably FIFA 96 on the Sega Saturn. It's gotten a whole lot better since then :)
This game is worth a look even if you don't like or follow football (like me). The learning curve isn't too steep and there's plenty of assists you can use till you get up to speed. The Player, Player/manager and Manager modes are a nice touch. Gameplay is good too.
The audio and visuals really capture the feel of a televised game. A couple of times people walked in and thought I was watching soccer. It's that good at a glance.
There's probably not a great deal of change from the last few versions since these annual titles never really change that dramatically. But for newcomers and those who've had a big break in-between, it's a solid game with a lot to offer.
A friend gave me a BF3 beta key few days ago, so been playing that. There's a method to get around the password protection for the Caspian Border servers, but the map is very demanding and I kept crashing. Appears it's not optimised yet, hence only playable on the private servers.
