Also ive taken a liking too portal 2, The physics engine is phenomenal, and the story is more than amazing. But the coop is a little hard to get used to because if your lacking a microphone it can be difficult, also getting the other player to recognize your plan is sometimes painstaking... But overall its a great game!
I have a feeling that coop is more for the you have a friend that plays all the time. I have a few buddies that want me to buy the game, Im thinking we might have to use team speak to get threw it with voice.

You should be able to start a Steam Voice Chat with your friends, although TS is great too, but if a buddy doesn't have it, you certainly don't need it.

    Portal 2

For those of you like me who were holding off on Portal 2 till a price drop (or boycotting them over Half-Life 3 (me again) well.....

Gamers who have yet to purchase a copy of Valve Software's just-released Portal 2 may want to hold off just a little bit longer... at least, until this weekend. Both Kmart and GameStop are knocking off up to $25 from the original retail price for the console versions, and around $20 for the PC version.
Portal 2 Cheap This Weekend @ Kmart, GameStop

Hmmmm..... I might pick it up.

May just grab this as well. Looks like it has to be ordered though, no store pick-ups

    Still, a good deal. :)

Hmmm.... where'd you see that at?

Anyways when I go out later I'll check both stores and see what they say in my area.

@Gamestop It did show it as not available for pickup, but now it does. Perhaps a mistake on my end.

Well when I go out later I'll check both K-Mart and Gamestop to see what the deal is. I'm sure you can get it in store, they probably didn't have it it stock where you checked. Check K-Mart to see what they have to say.

BTW what game platform were you asking about? I'm only doing PC.
