Suddenly Low FPS on the Next day (Overnight)

    Hi all

I'm having an unexpectedly FPS issues in Windows with all games. So I was playing Wii games (Dolphin Emulator), Bully: Scholarship Edition (with FPS unlocked) or any games that played in PC last night. The FPS steady at 60+ and the game was playable. I turned off the computer and then I went to bed.

On the next day. However When I started it this morning and tried to play any games. I got bad FPS Suddenly. The FPS drops from 60+ to 30-40 (or lower than 30). This is crazy that my all games running at slow motion. I already running graphics at lowest setting possible. But didn't work

And I found this crazy one thing... My Web Browser has laggy scroll. Lag spikes on Adobe applications (like Photoshop)

Any idea what the cause of this is? I'm running Windows 7 on Workstation PC for gaming and editing.

    Here are my specs:
    - Xeon E5462 2.8GHz (2 processors)
    - 10 GB 800MHz DDR2 RAM
    - HD 5770 1GB (Use for secondary monitor)
    - HD 7770 1GB (I'm use this card for gaming)
    - Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

If I reinstall GPU driver. The problem could go away.

Hello an welcome drybones mate your specs are a bit sketchy to start finding the issue so can you please follow this
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.
Please include what AV you are using.

    (pretyped to save time)

In the meantime too can you run these please and then post back

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Often said that the sfc is best run for three consecutive runs – doesn’t take long but it is your choice.

if no change then try these

ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
NB If anyone who has Kaspersky as their security they may find it will not like ADW running and to stop the nagging just temporarily disbale the Kaspersky while one runs ADW

    Thanks for Reply...

Sorry for a very late reply.

I run this two above has no effect. I reinstalled a GPU Driver. However, the issue will go away. The FPS is Fine again. But I Don't like to reinstall Windows or GPU driver everytime. Clean Boot does nothing.
