Automatic use of up arrow key in pc

Hi guys, Actually my pc automatically presses the up arrow key in playing games like NFS Underground, GTA V, NFS Carbon and many other applications. I also tried detaching my keyboard from my pc but the problem still persists. So now I know my keyboard is not faulty here.
Will changing my windows help me ?
Or any other solution to the problem ?
    Thank you in advance

    My pc details are:
    Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Intel E6700 Dual core 3.2ghz processor
Intel G41 express chipset 2gb ram

    - windows 10 64bit isn't a good choice with only 2 G of memory.
    - The mouse wheel does the same as the up arrow key. Try changing the mouse.

What's the cheapest and easiest way to increase ram?

So, I tried the step above but no luck but I noticed one thing that when I unplugged my mouse before starting NFS Underground, the game crashed and reported that it had stopped working but when I plugged my mouse again the game launched and and then I unplugged the mouse again but it didn't work for me.

Replace the one you have with two sticks (4G+4G). Buy a little higher speed and lower latency than the original.
If you don't want to have memory problems, don't mix new with old.

I didn't say to unplug the mouse. I suggested to replace the mouse.
