    GTA San Andreas lag

    Motherboard: DQ965GF
    GPU: Radeon 5450 HD 2GB DDR3
    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40ghz
    RAM: 8GB DDR2
    HDD: ST3500630NS 500GB
I have these specifications and I play GTA San Andreas again after a while, since this is one of my favorite games. I have one problem. I put it on high and the game works normally when the color quality of the resolution is 16 bits, and it is lag at 32bits.What the problem is? The resolution of the monitor is 1280x1024.Sorry for bad English.

May be very obvious, but did you disabled the "Frame Limiter" option in GTA SA options?

Make sure you don't run any RAM or CPU intensive programs while you're playing games, even if your computer can handle them perfectly. Also, make sure you optimize your OS - Windows 7 Optimization Tips

    I disabled dynamic shadows.

Modding games to get better graphics will of course make the game laggy and unstable, even on the most powerful PC. Dynamic shadows aren't part of the game.

The PC version did have shadows. The PS2 version only had artificial shadows due to hardware limitations.

I know that the game has shadows, but the OP modified the game to get better shadows.
