Are we talking about only the Notifications section in the lower right corner?
Are we talking about only the long grey bar containing all the Pin To Taskbar icons?
Or both?
Exactly what happens when taskbar disappears?

i'm talking about the entire taskbar. it does not change unless i have the desktop in basic mode(instead of aero) then it just disappears as it normally would when something is opened in full screen.

i seem to have fixed it. i checked for windows updates a few times and found a couple. i also set the game to windows vista sp3 compatability mode and disabled high dpi settings in the properties for the game .exe. i mark this as solved. hopefully others will find this useful.

Anyone else looking forward to Ducktales Remastered?
I remember playing this when it was first released on the NES. It was hard, really hard. Like Megaman Hard. I'm looking forward to playing it again in remastered form, and I hope they didn't cut down the difficulty, or at least have an option to play it at the original difficulty level. ...
