World of Warcraft, gfx anomalies apon loading a character..

the portrait of my character [Top left of the screen] shows a generic portrait for no apparent reason...
and the popup UI of say the mailbox near main Stormwind auction house is transparent this all goes away after a little while..

ie. is it a game glitch/bug, or a addon issue, or a gfx driver issue?

but I was wondering if anyone noticed this too?

I have attached a copy of my WoW Matrix list of addons I use..
