Personally I doubt the PB issue will be resolved until RTM.

Lots of good people have been working on a solution to no avail.

We all hear ya, the problem is that like he said no one can figure out a way to solve it at the moment. Trust me, as soon as we can fix it, you'll have a reply

If you want to solve this you will either have to hack Punkbuster to accept the kernel32.dll (best case scenario a global GUID ban if caught, worst case scenario a global hardware ban if caught)
or hack the kernel32.dll so that it is accepted by PB (good luck with that)

I don't have any games that use punkbuster, but my friends have been complaining about it. Has anyone attempted to use punkbuster in XPM?

XPM is not for big graphics such as gaming as still emulates a low end GPU....

hmmm, I don't know how punkbuster works, I thought maybe it was just some random rootkit installed by those gaming companies to make sure you were paying for your software :)

Nah it check for cheats and then bans/kicks you. In our case it kicks for "Unknown Windows API" cause its asking the O/S sth and its getting different answer than the one its expecting.. :)

DAMN EVENBALANCE I WANT WIN7 NOW!
