Installed 64bit windows but i cannot run some 64it games

Recently I installed New windows with all updates come so far. And i cannot run specific game named Warlock Master of arcane *64 version. When opening game (0*c000007b) error appears. 32it version of that game runs smoothly. In system properties it shows i have 64 bit OS.
Funny thing is i can Run witcher 3 perfectly and it is 64bit only game as i know.

Problem is I ran perfectly Warlock Master of arcane *64bit game on my previous windows 7. Also I cannot find .net 3.5 in uninstall or change program section and windows feature on or off. I try install it, it just shows extracting and automatically closes.. I installed Directx end user runtime too

So do i really have a problem about this and this will affect my future gaming

Can You RUN It | Can I Run It | Can My PC Run It

1. Enter name of Game: Warlock - Master of the Arcane

2. Click on "Can You Run It?"

3. The file "Detection.exe" will download

4. Double-click on "Detection.exe" to run it

5. Wait for it to run and upload your computer info to website
