    scottellison et al -

Did you ever get a fix for your issue? I'm having a similar problem: the DLC (disk 2) installs, seemingly without error, but none of the add-on scenarios show up in my Fallout 3 game, either in the Menu, when I initially exit Vault 101 (which I'm told is an option) or at the end of the story.

    Open to suggestions. Thanks!

Same problem here, so your ideas about a bad batch seem correct.
I just copied the files to desktop and it installed fine from there.

    Are they activated?
Get the Fallout 3 Mod manager and make sure they have been activated.

Thanks for the link - I'm bookmarking it just in case, but I managed to get it working through a combination of Bethesda Support's recommendation of copying it to my HDD and running it from there as well as modifying the .ini file based on a blog post.

didn't need to do all of that

I also had problems getting the DLC to appear in-game after I thought I had installed disc 2 of the goty edition correctly. Got it to work using a few easy steps.

1-insert disc 1 and run the autoplay launch program
2-instead of clicking "play" click on "data files", you should see a list of all the DLC
3-check the boxes next each addon that you want in the game, and click OK
4-click on play, load a save after you've left vault 101, and you should start getting the messages, the first one I got was for The Pitt

    Happy Gaming
