Blurry and grain in low resolution WIN7

I have a huge problem viewing a lower resolution then standard on my Win7. In my case i'm playing Counter-Strike 1.6 and it's pretty difficult to play in another res than 800x600 or 640x480. But the problem is not just in game, if I change my res to 8x6 in windows it gets blurry and grain too. And yes, this problem only appears in Win7. XP works got damn fine

I've heard that it may be the drivers but i downloaded the newest drivers for my GeForce GS 9500 from and when i search for my computer (pavilion a6632sc) i have 4 choises, Win 7 (32), Win 7 (64), Vista (32) and Vista (64). Original OS for the computer is Vista but as everyone already know Vista is not everybodys favourite.

This is irritating because everything in Windows 7 exept this is

EDIT: I will try use my digital camera to take some pictures later, don't think they will show very much though..

It's like watching someone move a pile of sand 1 grain at a time.
I am in the process of moving 1.8TB of data from 1 USB drive to another USB drive and it is quite slow, averaging almost 30MB/sec. I am 16 hours in and there are maybe 4-5 hours left. Old drive is USB2 and new one is USB3 so future transfers from and to the new USB3 drive to any drive other...

Hello, I have read several different threads all over the internet regarding a resolution problem in Windows 7 that has to do with the resolution, refresh rate, etc. I have tried to force a "custom" resolution using nVidia's Control panel, but it doesn't seem to do anything to fix the issues. I...
