    Steam Install Problem

Ok I just got a new laptop with Windows 7 and I'm trying to install Steam, but it's not letting me. This link shows what it's giving me. I've tried looking for help on the steam forums and some other fixes but nothing is working. I can't seem to get run it as an administrator either. Thanks in advance!

Use the guide in my sig to update your drivers, then in windows explorer, choose view and then options. In one of the tabs untick the option to hide file extensions. Then download the steam installer again. Download it over ethernet, not wireless, if that was what you were using.

He tried running as admin ^^
If the package is not corrupt, it could be that you are downloading a virus. Which site is it?
