    OpenGL

My counterstrike didnt work before, until I put -d3d into launch options for Counter Strike 1.6

I'm guessing that my counter strike wont run on OpenGL mode. Is there anyway to fix that? As in download something to be able to make Counter Strike run in OpenGL mode?

Is the mode adjustable in game or via a switch?

    What do you mean lol?
The normal mode that everyone plays on is OpenGL. You can switch it in game to OpenGL, Software, D3D.
My wont run in OpenGL. I can only play with D3D and Software which is both ****ty graphics.

As for the lag, try adjusting QOS settings if your router has them and update the firmware too - just be careful, you may kill the router if it it not done properly.

    Hi asdqwe,

Looks like Frostmourne's sig has changed since posting in the thread. You can try PM'ing or VM'ing him for further clarification.

    Cheers,

He's been expelled from the Forums, so it would be a pointless exercise trying to PM or VM him.

You could, however, try PMing or VMing TonyNguyen3 instead.
