Ping in online games

Hi, i just installed windows 7, and i'm having some problems with ping,,i already tried that TcpAckFrequency stuff on regedit, that worked very well on windows XP and still nothing..
on XP my ping on Counter Strike 1.6 was around 25-60,,,now it's 150-200,,

same on World of Warcraft,,on XP was 150-250,,,now it's 400+


my graphic card is a Geforce 5200 XFX


plz help me, i dont want roll back to XP !

i'm in 32bit version

Well, have you tried disableing aero to save graphics memory? Rightclick on desktop -> personalize -> pick a high contrast theme

High ping in games
I play League of Legends and don't get me wrong, I have tried everything to fix my high ping in that game. I get around 145 avg and my brother in the room next to me gets 80! We both use the same ethernet connection, so I'm thinking it's something on my windows 7 computer. Can you guys help me?
