Use system restore to when the problem didn't happen looks like a program conflict.

Crap don't wanna use system restore as i just got of some malware tonight and dont want it to come back. or maybe i could go back far enough to where the walware is gone. You have no idea what could be causing it?

I have dual monitors and I am running ultramon. I'm trying to think what other programs would effect this. Jesus I swear with this computer I fix one problem and then another always appears. Maybe if you guys run out of ideas maybe move the thread in a proper section. Thank you for your help ahead of time.
