    Yes it does but, its kind of buggy for me, at times (basically when i try to simulate games it sometimes crashes. Thats all the problems i have encounted so far.

I had install Fifa Manager 2010 on window 7 Home Premium 64bit. After I finish a match a few second, a new window says that the C++ are error and I need to close without saving. hello... im trying to open fifa manager 10 in windows7 as i just upgraded it from windows xp.. and it doent open.. i click open and nothing happens.. then i try to open using the 'trouble shooting comtibility'.. then an error message shows:
