Ah, yeah I had the same issue a while ago, but upgraded my graphics card to a 6970 from a crappy internal card, turned Oblivion to full, like you've said there, and it was utterly fine o.0 weird issue but I'm not complaining!

I have an issue where after installing 2 monitors Oblivion will not start. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

I am running win7 64 bit a EVGA GTX460 and 2 Samsung 2333T monitors in dual monitor setup via DVI. The settings of Oblivion show 2 graphics cards on the launcher and no matter what I do it looks like it is opening the game then just crashes back to windows. Any ideas?

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Crashes on Startup
I found the solution when I had the same issue a while back.
On Desktop, Right click and go to Screen Resolution.
Under Multiple Displays, change Extend these displays to display only 1 or 2, on the game's initial startup.
Change it back later, and it should work every time then on
