    ATI XGP and gaming

Would I be able to use the ATI eXternal Graphics Platform to increase my notebooks gaming performance?

    I have a Toshiba Satellite L505D-5965.

If there isn't, then please tell me if there is something similar that can increase my gaming performance that would work for my model, or an adapter that can let me use something similar to this.

Attached is the .pdf spec guide that came with my PC.

It is hardly ever possible to upgrade a GFX in a notebook...the ATI external graphics is still a new technology so I can't say for sure

If you really want to game on a PC...build a desktop gaming rig...that is the best advice

no you cant, you gotta have a special connector on the outside of the laptop.
called something like pci express bla bla.
to my knowledge there is only one laptop which can use the xgp, that is a fujitsu siemens.

What about a case i saw? It hooked up to an express card slot and you could add any desktop GFX card you want (as it is not included). If i got a USB to epxress card slot, would that work at the same performance as a normal express card?
