no is just any thing small like my PC prove when you take apart the temperature or voltage or fan speed they're about inch inch and one half by three quarters so when i take them to the bottom they just drop, but the prove is about two and a half, so when i drop it you can see the very top of it behind the task bar but i can not grab it back i have to reboot, could this be resolution problem

Sorry mate, my questions were aimed at the OP.

******

As for your issue, what resolution are you using and what DPI are you using -

ie Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display

100% (default)
125%
150% etc

Can you alt-tab back into the app to bring it back into focus?

Does it have an option in it's menu for something like 'hide beneath windows / force window to stay on top' etc

Instead of rebooting the PC, you could end the application process by using Task Manager.

(right-click the task bar > Start Task Manager > Processes and right-click on the applications *.exe and select 'End Process' and then restart the app.

is 1080 x 1050 at 150 and yes it does come back and it does have options to hide or stay on top, and thanks for the tip about task manager it does save the hassle of rebooting
