Did you try to install custom models for your characters and weapons? If so, you probably installed them incorrectly, if u didnt, then reinstall your Counter-Strike Source again to get your models back to normal.

    Hi opwes22,

While CS:Source was not designed to run on integrated graphics, your laptop should have a higher-end Intel GMA HD chipset. That's probably why the player model issues are the only issue you're experiencing. It sounds similar to this fellow: CounterStrike source on Intel chipset - Tech Support Forum

Try running CS:S in Compatibility mode for Windows XP, as explained here: Compatibility Mode

Let me know if that helps at all.

    Cheers,

Hmm... try running this utility to see if your graphics driver needs updating: Intel® Driver Update Utility for graphics drivers - Check for the latest driver and let us know how that turns out.

    This is what it said,

Intel® HD Graphics Current Driver Installed 8.15.0010.1968 A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.
