Latest Windows update gives my League of Legends fps drop :( Need help

I just recently updated my windows 7 ultimate (auto update) and after the update, when I play league of Legends, my fps just drop all the time from 60 to 30 and it's lagging really hard.

This never happened before so I had to restore my windows to an earlier point (before this update).

I read about this update and it seems like they updated the .Net framework (the update was not big, it was only 9 different points, 3 of them were about .net framework so I guess this was the problem.

What do you guys think? Im almost 99 % sure that was the windows update which caused the problem because since I restore my windows to earlier point, it didnt lag or fps-drop anymore but today, my laptop was automaticly updating again so now it's fps-drop again.

I think I gotta restore it once again... This is pain in the a** to be honest. What could I do? I need to find the source of the problem. Could it be this .net framework update since League of Legends is clearly using .net framework

    Welcome to the Seven Forums.

    Install one update.
    Write down the KB number.
    Test your fps.
Repeat until you find the problematic update.

If you find the one that causes the issue...
    ...go to Start
    ...type in view installed updates
    ...sort the list by dates
...uninstall the update that causes the issue
(double check the KB number before uninstalling)

Windows Update - Uninstall an Update

Test your fps again. If fps goes back up, let us know the KB number.
