I have noticed major graphic issues with FIFA for a few years now. And in 09 that issue is not uncommon. Its not Win 7, hate to tell ya. One thing I had to do on XP was go into advanced settings in the Nvidia control panel in advanced mode, go to Manage 3D settings, and make sure vertical sync is set to "use the 3D application settings." I hope that works. If not, try going to the same place and set Triple Buffering to on. (NOTE: This may cause issues in other games, so disable it after your done FIFA) I don't know what else to say for input other than what the other members have suggested, hope I helped.

    I can't run the game...

Hey guys! Please anyone help me! Lol...

I've tried everything I could, but my FIFA 09 doesn't start... I have a Acer 5920G notebook, with a 9500M GS Nvidia Graphic Card... I've already install all the newest drivers, even the sound, but still haven't sucess... I've tried also run the game in the compability mode (all the OS's and options)... and change the sound bit rate in the playback options... I changed the triple buffering and vertical sync setings, but with no sucess...

What can I do for run the game?!? I don't know else to do!!!

    Thanks for the help!

Hello, gonna open this can of worms, since i've recently swapped my videocard to a new 1050Ti and i was trying to play FIFA 09 and unfortunately was hit with this graphics bug, which was certainly weird cause it worked just fine before i upgraded it and unfortunately i tried everything so far, updating DX9 and game itself, changing the audio bitrate, changing the compatibility, none of it worked, i even have the latest Realtek and Geforce drivers. So if anyone has a fix to it, let me know.

    Hello,

At last, I repaired this problem:

    1. We must download 3 dll files from this link:
    FiFA 09 - dll

    2. Copy those files to FIFA 09 root folder

    3. That's all - we can finally play normally.

    Good luck!

Thanks for the fix, it worked, but can you make it work on Windows 10, because it seems Windows 10 user couldn't get it to work.

Hello, I actually using Windows 10 version: 10.0.19041.572 and NVIDIA GTX 1080Ti - it working perfectly.

    Try reinstall DirectX 9.0c:

    http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...010_redist.exe

And the... it working only on NVIDIA Graphic cards, on AMD should be OK without those files.
