    Doom 3 ( original game and Expansion )


    Hi folks,
    A friend has just sold me Doom 3 and Expansion games and are picking up tonight,I have a new Dell with Windows 7 64 bit will the games play on my computer?.
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Will play, just make sure you are an administrator and also run the setup as administrator

    Thanks will try tonight also if I run the setup as a administrator is there much to it as I'm abit thick when it comes to things like that.

    Hi Parkwood,

    According to the Windows 7 Compatibility Center, Doom 3 and RoE are both compatible with Windows 7. Just in case, you can try running setup as admin (as suggested by Stevy22) and in Compatibility mode (below). Good luck and let us know how it goes!

    Had no trouble installing and game plays great and with a 23inch wide screen it's amazing thanks for your help.
