I'd like to add the same comment about Valve taking their sweet time with Half-Life 3 and the huge disappointments of their fans as well. The way Valve is moving, by the time we get HL3 people will have forgotten about the game

Well, it used to be the Silent Hunter series.
But Ubi want's to release the next version with DRM (required internet connection) to start / play / save.
So, for now it's GRAW 2.

And it's only going to run through the first half of the war which is also unappealing to me.

I think BF2 is my all time favorite. COD 4 and 5 follow a close 2nd/3rd.

Last I heard Diablo 3 has been postponed until next year as blizzard is focused on the new Starcraft for release this year.
