Hey guys i have installed w7 32bit
installed bf2 and message comes up ( game only been tested windows xp server pack 2 ) something serve or server like that. anyway it proseeds to installes
works fine i patched it with 1.4 . then try 1.5 and came up says i allready havea newer verison?anyway the game loads up fine when it comes to the login menu the game crashes/frezzes iv tryed everything. even in admin mode

have you tried running in Compatibility Mode ?
Not got a clue what BF2 is, but what I can tell you, is that an "OS", means Operating System, i.e XP, Vista or 7. :)
1.4 or 1.41? 1.5 requires 1.41 before installing.works fine i patched it with 1.4
System specs would help as well.
i have the 1.41 also on my pc and i have the 1.5
iv uninstalled and reinstalled many times just it frezzes at the login menu where you manage accounts

You can put that info in here - System Specs, to save writing it out again should you have other issues.
