    ValvE games and my os

Hello all, I'm currently having a small problem with my games "target locations" and only the ValvE ones, from what I'm noticing. In this picture (Yfrog - cssgd) I have the properties of Counter-Strike: Source, and Bad Company 2 opened up.

Ever since I placed the 64bit ver of Windows 7 I've noticed that for my CS:S, and I don't know why. I've looked, and found it uses a protocol, but I'm wondering must it have my IE as a target? There a way where I can make it to how the Bad Company 2 looks? I know it's not a big problem, it's just really confusing why it's like that now for my ValvE games, after I placed 64bit.

Any info would be great, and thank you :)
