BFME 2 not loading at all

    BFME 2 not loading at all


    Hi all first post

    I have just decided to get back into playing LotR BFME 2 and its expansion Rise of the Witch King.

    Any hoo, i installed original 1st as always with success. I then installed the expansion to find it didnt work after telling me it installed successfully.

    The thing is its not the normal problem i dont think where high res's arnt welcome, the porblem i have now is the game will not load at all.

    I double click the shortcuts and what not with nothing happening.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search) go to the windows log>applications tab. Look for critical errors (they have red in the first column) that refer to the problem. Look also for errors that have app crash, and app hang in their description. When you find them note the event ID and source code and relay them to us

    Hey thanks,

    For today i got one red one the source is: Application Error and the event ID is: 1000
    I got 3 other red ones level error, but there source is MsiInstaller and event ID is: 11935
