Red Alert 3 Question

I just install Red Alert 3 Uprising and I'm trying to figure out where to put the files for additional multiplayer maps. I have tried several locations and none have taken. Any ideas?

I really hope I am not reposting this question, I am using an acer 4738z with win7 32bit, i installed red alert2 today and the menus and other options cannot be seen, but in truth they are there, if i just click without seeing it does respond normally, also i get a black screen when the videos...
