    What's the difference between DX11 and DX12?

DX11 was already installed on my lappy and seems like all games (from my Photo Album) are all running smoothly.

Do I need to install this DX12?
Errr...There is no DX12, at least not officially. There are a few site talking about it, but it's all hype right now.

Bottom line there is there is no DX12.
