Refesh Rate Problems

I have a Fujitsu Siemens B772-1 CRT monitor and Windows 7 64-bit will not let me use it to its full poetential. On my old computer with Windows Vista 32-bit it would let me have all kind of refresh rates up to 140Hz on a PnP driver. I have use refresh rates from 100Hz - 120Hz for years and playing on 75Hz really makes my eyes stream. The main problem is, is that the "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display" checkbox is greyed out. I cannot find any compatible drivers for the screen anywhere. The driver says its a PnP one most likely exactly the same to what i had in vista.

Anyhelp on this issue would be great as I love to use 100hz - 120hz in game.
