Safe to buy Xbox 360 Wireless Gamin Receiver For Win 7?

Hi, Ive seen some threads where people are having problems in using their receivers for Windows 7. I currently have Win 7 64-bit and I have 2 wireless X-Box 360 controllers and a X-Box 360 Wireless racing wheel.

So, my question is, does this work on Win 7 x64?

Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver For Windows (Xbox 360): Amazon.co.uk: PC & Video Games

Because I wanna be sure before I buy it. It will mostly be used for racing/driving sims because of the analogue buttons/pedals and why not use existing good hardware...if its possible that is.

Worst case scenario I buy a wired controller.

Thx.

I just bought the wireless controller a couple of days ago, and it works fine in my Win7 Ultimate x64, so if the wheel uses the same receiver, then I would bet that it will work as well.

I just bought a Wireless Gaming Receiver and the disc included was broken. The device appears to work, but I don't have a driver for it. It says on the package that it is compatible with Windows 7, but I cannot find a driver download online. Does anyone know where I could get one? Thanks.
