Here...check out all the cards you are thinking of and compare the prices. You will find really good deals and do it within your budget.

P.S. if your running with a PSU somewhere in the range of 500 I would stick with the Geforce 8 series or the Geforce 9 series cards.... or the equivalent ATI card...which ever you prefer. They will give you really good graphics for this game. And they have really good prices on them now. You don't need a monster machine to play all the pc games....I'm really beginning to think that the way they keep raising the bar on graphics that it is going to make everyone's machine a power monster that no one will be able to to play on due to the cost of electricity it will take to run it. Why in the world should you need a 1000 watt power supply to run a game...come on.... it's getting out of hand! It's really bad when need that much power just to make a game playable when your complete system has no need that much power.

ATI 5750, shouldn't even have to upgrade the PSU.

For what its worth I ran my 4850 on 550 watt Antec Neo HE 550 power supply without issue. I'm also currently using the same power supply on my new i7 system with a 4890.

You don't need a whole lot of power, you just need a good quality power supply.

If money is a concern, the 4850 is a much better value. Do some research on it. I had one and loved it; it's a great performance card for the price.

Edit - If you're thinking about getting a 4870, you might look at a 5770 instead. Here's some comparisions, though I won't tell you I read all of them so....

there is a MOD for oblivion with larger textures and other tweaks and addons!! its kinda like FOOK for fallout 3.
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Recommended_Mods

but these texture mods you will need a Pentium D or better and 2.5gb RAM and a geforce 7600GT or better is what i recomend for it for res of 1440x900+ for best FPS

If you are trying to run the gtx 260 on your emachine 300watt? power supply, I don't think the power supply would be enough to handle it. Buying from BFG is also gonna be pretty tough now because about 2 months ago, they announced that they would stop producing video cards, so the warranty might become an issue. But, the gtx 260 is a good buy
