I still want Portal 2...
With any luck this source engine will be super advanced.... haha, actually I am really hoping for a fully interactive environment. I want to be able to blow holes in walls, destroy chairs with a shotgun, break a table with an axe, etc. Instead of just hitting them with a clank sound.

A full Source engine update is interesting. Be interesting to see it includes DX11 or something as they did skip out DX10 altogether.
HL3 could be a possibility. Gabe's been saying Episode 3 isn't the surprise, but that doesn't rule out HL3.
I'm not too bothered about Portal, it was a fun 3 hours of gaming when I played through it, and it only really started to make me think about a sequal with that update about the radio frequencies (if you decoded them, you got some images) and the modified ending.
It certainly feels that wayYears and years ago – probably long before any of you were born – Valve was known for this little series called Half-Life. Now, our memories are a bit hazy, but we think its story went something like this. Unfortunately, ever since the release of Half-Life 2: Episode Two, we’ve seen neither hide nor crowbar of Gordon Freeman. However, if a rumor from VG247 is anything to go on, Mr. Freeman could finally be rising and shining next week.
We can only hopeHowever, if a rumor from VG247 is anything to go on, Mr. Freeman could finally be rising and shining next week.
To be continued...
Half-Life 2 Episode 2 released October 10, 2007. I guess a 4-5 year cliff hanger isn't too long to wait
Maybe that's why they're doing all the updates to the old games....so we can all wake up from the foggy memory of what the story was about... and help Valve cash in on their 'whenever it gets released" latest chapter of the game
OK... So I’ll be standing in line waiting for my copy whenever its released
