am trying to get windows 7 speech recognition to work with wordbiz

Hi,
am trying to get windows 7 speech recognition to work with wordbiz game ,it opens and connects the game but it is not letting me voice text in the chatbox feature,what am I doing wrong?

As the title suggests I am having an issue with Windows 7 and WordBiz. While playing when I bring up the box to exchange tiles a 'floating' blank tile will either partially or completely obscure letters behind it and make them 'un-tradable'.
