GTA IV Episode From Liberty City is lagging. Please Help.

Hello to all. I just installed GTA IV Episode From Liberty CIty (EFLC) to my laptop. This is my laptop specs:

Core i3 2.27 Ghz processor
ATI HD 5145 1GB dedicated memory
DDR3 2GB ram
Window 7 Home Premium

It suppose to run fine because in the game graphic setting, the memory usage is only 600+- out of 1024 on full graphic. Even I had lowered the graphic settings it's still lags. What can be the problem for this.

Hello my friend, I'm afraid your lagging because your laptop might not be up to par to be able to play GTA 4. GTA 4 is a very demanding game and takes a lot to run, especially on a laptop. to run GTA 4 properly you need a good dual core (quad core recommended) and at least a ATI 4800 series or higher/GT 240 or higher/ GTS 250 recommended.

I need to add episode name
I'd like to add the episode name in the details of each file to make it easier to figure out what I'm looking at. I tried to right click and go into the properties but I'm only able to look at the details, not edit them. I'm sure it's an easy fix, but what do I do to enable myself to add names? ...
