Metal Gear Solid 2: Subastance Windows 7 64 bit

does anyone have this game on Windows 7 64 bit? i tried running this game to my OS Windows 7 64 bit but im receiving a Not Responding pop up

Try running the game in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP2: Compatibility Mode

hello sorry for late ok wait i`m upload something (am having a major issue on my internet speed)

EDIT: ok here it is, i attached the file called "Dsound MGS Fix" it contains "dsound.ini" and "dsound.dll" this file is clean although you can scan it if you want, this is the only way to fix to play game in Windows 7 extract these file to the Bin folder (i can't remember the exact location) but you can right-click your game shortcut and click Open-file-location and you should be in Bin folder thats all have fun

PS: this file is not mine i got it somewhere (i forgot where it is) and any case its all credit to him/her

So what does this have to do with ALchemy Universal?

i`m not very sure how to explain this but i believe Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance is specially made only with OS that has DX9 , if your were using Vista/Windows 7 you well having a problem if only you can turn off the Sound Acceleration using DXDIAG but only DX9 has that setting so using "ALchemy Universal" well do the job although it may not work with other games
