    Singularity Installation Error @ Win7 Ultimate x86


    everytime i try to install the game "Singularity" i get this error:



    i attached my Services if anyone wanna see if there is something wrong here, no matter if Windows Installer is Running or not i get the error could be nice if someone know how to fix this error or is it just a bad installation or do i really have to re-install med Windows 7 even when i don't have problem with installing other applications and games?

    This could be a permission problem with the installer

    Reregister the Windows Installer service by typing "msiexec /unregister" and then "msiexec /regserver" at the command line.
