    Problem with flight simulator controller

Hi I have a pc now with windows 7 starter on and I am flying rc planes. Now I have a simulator that works on 7 but I can not get to use my radio(joystick) that is made for the simulator wich you plug into the Mic port to work. On XP it worked perfect but now it doesn't want to pick up the radio(joystick)

    hi george667, welcome to sevenforums,

this sounds like a driver problem.

what is the make and name of this joystick? maybe there are windows 7 drivers available from the manufacturer's website. vista drivers should work too.

i've never heard of a joystick that plugs into a mike input, but i live and learn.

    here's another unusual one - a poor man's joystick:

You wouldn't be using the remote control off the Esky helicopter by any chance? Because I know I had problems with that.

i'm sorry, but i can't find any drivers relating to your product.

all i can suggest is to try forums which are more specialised in this area.

good luck - i hope you don't have to go back to xp to get this working!
