    unable to delete an account

    Hello there,
I recently sent my laptop off to be repaired under its warranty and when I got it back I found out that they had made a new admin account so that they could do some test. I now want to delete this admin account but find myself unable to, when I log onto my admin account and select the unwanted account it does not show me the delete account option, so I tried logging on to the account I want to get rid of and still I am not able to find the delete account option in the control panel. Can someone help me delete that account please?
Cheers guys i look forward to your expert advice.

    Login to your account.

Click Start > Type Run > Hit Enter

Type "Control userpasswords2" (Without quotes) > Hit Enter

Highlight the newly created account, click "Remove".

    Try this:

On that same Control Userpasswords2 window, click the Advanced tab > Click the Advanced button

Click "Users" > Right click the account > Properties

Click the "Member Of" tab > Click "Add..." > Type "Users" > Click OK > Highlight "Administrators" > Click Remove > Click OK

Then try to delete the account again by the steps above.

It's not a built in admin account, OP stated when he sent his laptop to get repaired they created one (presumably for testing purposes)
