unable to delete an account

    Who are you logging in as? You are trying to delete just the account named "Administrator"? Then I was mistaken, my apologies to rich, follow his tutorial.

    I hadn't even bothered reading the username you were trying to delete.

    Basically, they didn't "create a new administrator" account on your PC, they simply activated the hidden one.

    Want to know how I learned these tricks: simple. The best way to learn is to teach. The first time I came to the forum was to get help from Zigzag, I havelearned a lot from teaching and the great tutorials from Brink
