help please

Hi all i'm new to Windows 7. Please can someone advise me what I need to do. I had 3 web pages open and when I hover the cursor over there was at first a pic of each web page. Now all I am getting is a list of the 3. Can anyone tell me how I get the pics back please.

Many thanks

Mark.

Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

Seems like you might disable the Aero. Right Click on the Desktop then select Personalize there select an Aero theme. Then see if that comes back. If that didn't help then check this article Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero or Guided Help: Troubleshoot Aero problems in Windows 7

Good Luck,
Captain

Just tried it on mine, and it didn't need restarting. If your theme is already one of the Aero-based ones, you might need to switch it to one that isn't (e.g. Windows Classic) and back again. A restart won't do any harm.

You're welcome. I've noticed on several ocassions that despite a setting being correct, it needs that setting toggled so that it is recognised correctly.
