Color of screen has changed, also with red streaks.

My screen color/brightness changed
Yesterday I noticed while I was playing Counter Strike, that the colors changed so did the brightness. I thought it was only the game, but I went on the internet and it was brighter than it was before. Sorry I can't show pictures somewhy, they don't show you the difference between the pictures.

Screen Resolution Changed Message
Condition: 1. Program open in XP mode - even if minimized. 2. Switch to a different user. 3. Switch back to 1st user. Message: "Screen resolution of your monitor has changed" with the options "Refresh Now" or "Cancel" Choosing either option clears message.
