In short. No. there is a way, I am sure of it, but this would be hacking and is not allowed here. I would give to parents and apologize for not putting program on. Or just give them the disc with the program. What program were you supposed to install?

    Download Ultimate Boot CD

Burn the .iso file using ImgBurn

Boot onto his computer using that CD. Once it loads, click Start > Programs > Password Tools and find NTPWEdit in the menu

Once you’ve found his Username in the list, you can simply use the Change password button.

Let him know the new password, and he can change it back to his original once you return the computer to him

He should have given you the password before he left, and you should have asked if there was one on the system. However, couldn't you just call him up and ask?

I'm usually a little wary about posting stuff like this, but it's easily findable with google. This will let you make a new admin account and let you install the program.

I know this sounds hacking and bypassing but this is for a good cause. And I would have called him long time ago but he doesn't have international roaming

Considering the information needed, the call would be less than a minute. Don't take this personally, but I've seen this question asked many MANY times by someone who's fabricating a story. I'm not accusing you, I'm just telling you it is far too common. I'd avoid all controversy and just call him.

My steps will do the trick, once you have the file downloaded and burned, it should take approx 5-10 minutes from there
