Exactly what happens when you try to boot? Any errors you receive?

Okay, how far does it get? Does the Windows loading screen come up and then it restarts or does it not make it that far?

See if you can boot into Safe Mode by tapping F8 repeatedly at bootup.

The program recommended to adapt Win7 to new hardware is Paragon Adaptive Restore.

You could always slave your HD to another Win7 to copy off the data.

Did you replace your motherboard with the exact same brand and model?

If not, you're most likely going to need to reinstall Windows. You can try booting into safe mode, delete everything you possibly can in Device Manager, and then reboot to normal mode. Windows will try to install any drivers it needs, but it may or may not work fully.
