    Clock not working


    hello friends,

    i use windows 7 on my IBM think center desktop. i am getting a problem with the system clock from some time. it loses time continuously. sometimes when i switch off my pc or if it is left to standby or sometimes even when under use. i update it using the internet synchronization option, it works fine for some time and start losing time again. i am helpless please help me if you can suggest. i have no gadget working in the sidebar.

    Check to see the correct time & date is set in the BIOS setup.

    Also you may have a weak/dying CMOS battery on the MB. It looks like a large watch battery.
