    Problem and Question Please

1st off the one that is frustrating me the most! When you are looking at a folder and at the top you can adjust the view to where you can see the last modified, size, etc. I have lost all that info and can't get it back. I have compared my folder and file view settings against a brand new install, and compared everything I could think of and do not see where the problem is. Any help would be great!

Also, when I upgraded to Office 2010, it left behind Office 2007. In my Revo Uninstaller and the MS installed programs it shows it being there. Can I delete this or will it lose my 2010 stuff?

    Thanks!

You can get the information back with backup and restore. You have shadow copies.

Back up what you have so you do not lose personal information and then try backup and restore.

    Hello Steven,

You would not see the columns unless you have the folder in Details view. If you do, then see if you may be able to add the individual columns back using the tutorial below.

Windows Explorer Columns - Add or Remove

If you are not able to, then reset all folder views back to default to see if they are restored afterwards.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Brink, I had to do the Reset of all folders back to W7 original to get them back.

I did have it set at Detail before so, but still a no go.

Thanks so much for your help. I was hoping you would read this in order to get me fixed!!! You are the the expert in my opinion
