I have found some that don't do it well. I think many after market programs are going 64 bit a lot quicker now. 32 bit is going down the road 16 bit did. Sooner than later the change to 64 bit will have to be made. I can't wait until 128 bit comes out. To answer your question. I did the updates for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 and my computer seams to be the same, fast and smooth.
Theoretically you are right. But we are now and here and by the time that 64bit is mature, we will all have new and different systems. The problem is that right now they are pushing 64bit down our throats. It is practically impossible to find a new PC with a 32bit sysem preinstalled - even if it has less than 3GBs of RAM.

Wow! When I bought my laptop in the beginning of the year, all I could find was 32 bit. But then again all I was looking in was Wal-mart...

To tell you the truth, I never looked for a PC in Walmart. I sometimes pass by them in Sam's Club. But their prices are not competitive.

Neverwinter Nights 2 issues
Alright, so I've been trying out a few games on W7 now, and they've all worked great (FC2, Assassin's Creed, TF2), but now I've dusted off Neverwinter Nights 2. First of all the installation was a bit long I think, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with W7. Then however when I tried to...
