Guys who have this problem today may have been infected by the firus Abe7
Search for Abe7,
Causes of 8be88a66-beb6-4047-abe7-b18033ff71bb.tmp error

I got it through opening a text file (notepad) .txt file in my download folder, after downloading some another file I wanted. I saw my screen go "schrik, schrack" and pulled out the power cable at once! This saved my ass! Always do this when you open an virus accidentally. I then ran this and that antivirus and also, MS security essentials, but none fixed the shaking windows and software like photoshop when open, office ware etc. All got shaking windows. I now consider a windows repair run with win7 diskt, while I maintain my files, if possible.
