    How to display the "Network" icon (not shortcut)?


    Somehow I managed to display the "Network" icon (not shortcut) on the desktop, but now I couldn't remember how to do it again on another 7127 installation.

i am seeing a red x on my network icon and there i also another connection thats unidentified. i am only connected to wifi which is working. i have internet access.
I can't see the volume adjust button on the bottom of the screen (laptop). I check the system on/off for Time, volume, network, etc... and the volume one is dim (can't change from off to on). What I need to do to turn the volume on so I can adjust the sound. Thanks,
